What the selected source presents
Michael appears amid distress. The chapter describes awakening from the dust with differing outcomes and the radiance of those who guide others. Daniel is told to seal the words; he hears but does not understand. The ending names 1,290 days, 1,335 days and a promise of rest and arising.
A distinction that matters
The chapter’s judgement language belongs to its ancient vision. Babylon’s exercise does not sort present readers into worthy and unworthy groups. Chapter 12 gives more than one number; it does not supply an uncontested modern calendar anchor. Acknowledging that Daniel asks again can make room for honest uncertainty in a study group.
Babylon’s original reflection and chosen practice
Write the question Daniel asks beside the answer actually given. Preserve the units days and the stated starting event for 12:11. Do not add a present date without explaining its source. Babylon’s devotional application centres hope, rest and a next step in understanding. The numbers can be studied carefully without making the reader live under a deadline.
Learning in the Light
In Babylon, the Father’s light opens perspective, learning and a chosen next step. Your worth remains intact. Every person is sovereign, with dignity, freedom and room to grow.
