Sefer Yetzirah: comparing Bet in two texts

What this small comparison establishes

These two named text units assign different qualities and planets to Bet while retaining the same day and eye. That is a concrete reason to record version and passage before building a correspondence chart. It is not a claim that one edition has been fully collated against every manuscript or that either row automatically defines Babylon’s current astrology.

Keep the operational teaching identifiable

Babylon’s adopted method should be named as its own teaching and linked to its current explanation. A historical textual variant is not an error to conceal. Preserve twenty-two letters and twelve apostles as separate counts when you follow the Abraham–Moses–Yeshua route.
