Understand the idea

Kof supplies the image of a room behind a veil. Aleph–Kof explores the arrival of an insight, memory, or capacity that was not previously clear. The teaching treats the hidden room as a possible treasury of learning. Its imagery does not establish what a particular person’s unconscious contains.

MAKE IT PRACTICAL

An example to work with

An old lesson becomes useful in a new situation. Name the connection and test whether it helps you understand what is happening now.

How the choice is expressed

AN EXPRESSION OF LIGHT

A previously unnoticed connection becomes available for considered use.

A SHADOW CHOICE

An unexamined assumption operates in the background without being questioned.

In Babylon, the letter and the Gate remain light. These descriptions concern human expressions and choices.

FOR TEACHERS

Bring the idea into a lesson

Work with a remembered skill or lesson, and ask how its meaning becomes clearer in a new setting.

An emerging insight is an invitation to examine a connection. Distinguish the insight from a conclusion that has been tested.
