Eight of Swords · Examining a limiting account

Examining a limiting account through thought and language: Station 8, Hod, in Yetzirah.

Understand the idea

A thought can make a situation seem more closed than it is. State the restriction precisely and distinguish an assumption from a real external limit. In Babylon’s numbered-card address, Eight identifies Station 8, Hod, and Swords identifies Yetzirah, the lens of thought and language. The current daily action word is SAY. The card image’s theme and the station’s action word provide two related teaching prompts; they are not interchangeable definitions.
