Five of Cups · Making room for grief

Making room for grief through feeling: Station 5, Gevurah, in Beriah.

Understand the idea

Loss can change what feels possible. A boundary may protect time for feeling and support, without demanding a positive lesson from the loss. In Babylon’s numbered-card address, Five identifies Station 5, Gevurah, and Cups identifies Beriah, the lens of feeling. The current daily action word is SAY NO. The card image’s theme and the station’s action word provide two related teaching prompts; they are not interchangeable definitions.
