The lunar nodes
The South Node represents familiar tendencies; the North Node represents developmental direction.
Understand the idea
In Babylon’s current reading method, record both the nodes’ zodiac chambers and their Sun-relative stations. Choose and record a true-node or mean-node convention. The symbolic direction invites reflection on repeated patterns and new forms of contribution.
An example to work with
Ask what familiar reaction you are repeating, then identify one action that supports a different direction.
What are you repeating, and what are you learning to create?
Part of Babylon’s authored teaching framework. Symbolic correspondences offer a language for reflection and learning.
