Kaf · the Sun and the open palm
Kaf is a Double letter with a solar correspondence in Babylon’s broader map; its card image is The Wheel of Fortune.
Understand the idea
Kaf brings the open palm and the meeting of receiving and giving. Path 21 connects Chesed and Netzach, exploring how a changing situation can be met without losing the useful intention carried through it. The Wheel of Fortune is the Major card image for that corridor. The Sun is Kaf’s planetary correspondence in Babylon’s adopted table. The Sun card is a different label: it belongs to Resh / Path 30. In the daily method the Sun has its own role, separately from the five moving rulers.
An example to work with
A class has less time than planned. Keep the learning goal, change the activity, and choose what can be shared usefully within the available time. Name the change without describing it as good or bad luck.
What can change while the useful purpose is carried forward?
Part of Babylon’s authored teaching framework. Symbolic correspondences offer a language for reflection and learning.
